Shipping

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 on all U.S. orders under $35

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to U.S. orders over $35

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Carriers Used: USPS, UPS, or other major carriers depending on what best suits your order.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of personal care and handmade products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.

If your item arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll do our best to make it right, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked "delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first.
